  Its County Road 466, not state highway as I mentioned in earlier review. Google maps will send you in wrong direction. There really is a Parr Drive, you just have to find it.

  This branch stopped helping people on Social Security by not cashing their check with the Direct Express debit card. They say they stopped doing cash advances, which it's basically considered a cash advance even if it is your social security check. It is very discriminatory in some ways to not offer these services to the public. They would only do you the favor if you have an account with them, which you would not need the Direct Express card. Some of us cannot have a bank account and need the Direct Express card that SSA provides. If I ever need a bank account, you can be sure it won't be at this Band of America. They discriminate!... Then there is this Puerto Rican dark skin stubby lady that seems not to like me. Shaking her head (as if implying no, no, no) about whatever she is thinking in her biased head. And gossiping whispering things to other tellers in the bank about me. She thinks I cannot see or hear her inappropriate behavior towards me as a customer. I forgot to take her name for a formal complaint. They are unprofessional at that branch. The others knowing this since she is gossiping with them - do nothing. Do these supposedly trained tellers know what good customer service even is?
